摘要
评标是招标过程中一个重要环节 ,通过对国内现行评标办法分析和比较 ,结合笔者实践 。
The valuation of bid is an important step in bidding.By analyzing and comparing the present bid-valuating methods of China,the author,according to his practice,presents a new methods based on the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis.
