Development of the Mechatronics Professional Training Program and Curriculum System Building in Higher Vocational College

本文依据人才培养方案开发的逻辑顺序,介绍了构建工学结合课程体系的基本内容,阐述了以就业为导向,以能力为本位的人才培养方案开发的基本原则、流程和主要内容,提出了人才培养方案评价与动态调整的操作办法。

Based on the logical sequence of the development of talent cultivation program, this article introduces the basic content of the construction of curriculum system combining learning with working, describes the basic principles, processes and the main content of talent develop program development which takes the employment for orientation, and considers the competency as the basis, and proposes the operating methods for the evaluation and dynamic adjustment of the personnel training program.
