Profound changes in the vocational and technical education management and teaching methods also produce some teaching methods and management models which are open to question and explore. Ahhough they are not the mainstream of the teaching process, but have very far-reaching impact on teaching and learning effectiveness. How to train the students＂ ability and technology to adapt to society through learning theoretical knowledge and professional skills for several years is the main subject of the vocational and technical education teachers.
