基于工作过程的《药理学》各论教学设计

摘要 目的探讨基于工作过程的《药理学》各论教学设计。方法选择同一教师授课的两个班级对《药理学》各论内容进行教学设计对照研究,实验班采用基于工作过程的教学设计进行授课,对照班采用传统授课方式,授课后用自制调查问卷对实验班学生进行调查,并对两班的考核成绩进行比较。结果实验班成绩明显优于对照班,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验班学生认为改革后的教学方法优于传统教学方法,提高了学习兴趣、临床思维能力、自主学习能力,增强了团队协作能力,能与临床工作很好地对接。结论基于工作过程的《药理学》各论教学设计,突破了以往传统授课弊端,适应目前教学改革要求,注重培养学生的综合素质,提高医学生可持续发展的能力。 Objective: To discuss the teaching design of special pathology in Pharmacology based on the work process. Methods: To compare the instructional design of the content of special pathology in Pharmacology in the two classes with the same teacher. The'experimental class is taught by the instructional design based on the work process and the control class uses traditional teaching methods. After teaching, the students in experimental class are investigated with self-made questionnaire, and test results of two classes are compared. Results: the experimental class is obvious different with the control class, and the difference has statistical significance (13〈0.01); students of the experimental class think that this teaching method is better than the traditional teaching method, and this method can improve the study interest and clinical thinking ability, independent study ability and the team work sprit, and can make the students work well. Conclusion: The teaching design of special pathology in Pharmaco/ogy based on the work process breaks the drawbacks of traditional teaching, adapts to the requirements of current educational reform, pays attention to cultivating students" comprehensive quality and can enhance the capacity for sustainable development of the medical students.
