摘要
当今HRM专业应届大学毕业生普遍理论基础知识较为扎实,实践操作能力较差,理论不能联系实际,毕业后要么不能胜任岗位工作,要么进入岗位角色速度慢。究其原因,主要是高校传统"填鸭式"教学模式弊端的集中体现,为了解决这一难题,本文选取行为体验式教学为视角,深入探究HRM专业专业特色,以此构建HRM专业体验式教学模式,以期不断挖掘学生实践智力,培养应用型人才。
Today, graduates of HRM specialty generally have more solid theory basic knowledge, but their practical ability is poor, and they can not apply the theory to the reality, so they can not do the job work after graduation, or may enter the job role slowly. The main reason is the shortcomings of traditional "spoon-fed" teaching model in colleges and universities. In order to solve this problem, this article selects experience behavior as the teaching perspective, delves into the characteristics of HRM specialty, so as to build the experience teaching mode of HRM professional, in order to continually tap the students" practical intelligence and train applied talents.
