建立法制国家,构建社会主义和谐社会是我党改革开放以来提出的重要战略决策,同时又强调要建设服务型政府,提高政府管理效率,完善社会管理和公共服务职能。这是我们党建国以来首次提出建设服务型政府。这对我们国家未来的发展具有重要而深远的意义。

To build a state with an adequate legal system and build a harmonious socialist society is an important strategic decision-making of the party since the reform and opening up. At the same time it need to build a service-oriented government, improve government efficiency, and improve social management and public service functions. This is the first time that our party proposes to build a service-oriented government since it is built and it has important and far-reaching significance for our country＇s future development.
