摘要 通过实验室研究和工业性试验表明 :在微晶玻璃成分确定的情况下 ,影响微晶玻璃弧形板成品率的主要因素为升温速率、退火温度和退火时间。提出较佳的工艺制度为 :升温速率小于1.5℃/min ,在热弯温度850~900℃下保温0.5h ,660℃开始退火 ,退火时间在7h以上。 As shown from laboratory study and industrial test,in case of determined the composition of ceramic glass,the article gets the major influence factors on the rate of finished product of ceramic glass curve sheet,such as temperature-rising speed,annealing temperature and annealing time,possesses a fine technological system:temperature-rising speed less than 1.5 ℃/min,temperature-keeping up for 0.5 h during hot-curving temperature at 850~900 ℃,annealing beginning at 660 ℃,and all the time of annealing process not less than 7 h.
