Alice Walker is the pioneer of American black women＇s literature.Deriving excellent values,life styles and customs of Africa,she tried hard to reveal native African men＇s culture to improve the self-esteem,self-confidence and self-improvement of this nation.This paper will make further exploration and research into the African folkways in the works of Alice Walker from three aspects：black men＇s religion,music and dialect.
