摘要
目的观察妊娠期高血压疾病患者血清脂联素(APN)的变化,进一步探讨APN与胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)的相关性。方法正常对照组39例,妊娠期高血压疾病组45例,其中妊娠期高血压12例,轻度子痫前期20例,重度子痫前期13例。用ELISA法测定空腹血清脂联素和胰岛素浓度。结果妊娠期高血压疾病组APN水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),两组HOMA-IR差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随着病情加重,APN逐渐升高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。血清APN水平与HOMA-IR呈负相关(r=-0.110,P<0.05)。结论妊娠期高血压疾病患者的血清APN参与胰岛素抵抗,并参与妊娠期高血压疾病的发生发展。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum adiponectin and the correlation between serum adiponectin and insulin resistance in patients with hypertension disorders during gestation period.MethodsTighty four subjects were included in this study,including 39 health controls and 45 patients with hypertension disorders in pregnancy,which included 12 patients with hypertension,20 with mild preeclampsia and 13 with severe preeclampsia.Fasting serum adiponectin and insulin concentration was assayed by ELISA.ResultsThe levels Adiponectin level was higher in the hypertension group than that of control group(P0.05).There was no significant difference in HOMA-IR between two groups(P0.05).The levels of adiponectin were increased as the disease become severer,but there was no significant differences(P0.05).Serum adiponectin level was negatively correlated with HOMA-IR(r=-0.110,P0.05).Conclusions Adiponectin level increases in HDIP and adiponectin was negatively correlated with HOMA-IR.It suggests that serum adiponectin play a role in insulin resistance,and participate in the development of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy.
