通过分析恒电流和改型恒电压充电时电池的温度变化数据,调整加酸数量和初充电工艺,确保了蓄电池的安全性,解决了充电过程中温度升高的问题,实现了小容量VRLA蓄电池密封后再初充电。
By analyzing the data of changed temperature of the lead-acid batteries which were charged at constant current and modified constant voltage,the acid quantity and the initial charging process were adjusted,the safety of lead-acid batteries was ensured,the temperature rise problem during charging was resolved,and the initial charge of small VRLA batteries after sealing was realized.
