An effective method to detect returned lead-acid batteries is described in this paper,which has a lot of advantages in operation simplification,small equipment investment and few operators.The method can be used not only by the battery manufacturers but also by the offices across our country.At the same time,by using this method,it can be easily determine that the lead-acid battery is in a thermal runaway state,and the complaints fromcustomers can be reduced effectively.
