摘要
本研究对铅回收过程污染控制的可行技术指标体系进行构建,并在对铅回收污染控制技术进行分析与评估的基础上,分别从处置对象适用性、技术规模适宜性、技术可靠性、污染物排放、建设成本和运行成本、管理匹配性等方面进行分析,最后提出了一种较佳的铅回收污染控制可行技术,对于推进中国废铅蓄电池铅回收处置设施建设中技术选择、工程设计、工程施工、设施运营、监督管理等方面的工作具有重要的指导意义。
This paper constructed the available technologies of pollution control over used lead-acid batteries recycling industry in China.The disposal object applicability,suitable technology scale,technology reliability,pollutant emission,construction and operation costs,management match were analyzed based on the analysis and assessment of the available technologies of pollution control over used lead-acid batteries recycling industry.At the last,a better pollution control technology of lead recycling was proposed which had important guiding significance to promote the technology choices,engineering design and construction,facility operation,supervision and management in disposal facilities construction of used lead-acid battery recycling in China.
