摘要
石头嘴铜铁矿矿柱回采面临系列技术难题。上向低分段空场嗣后充填采矿法试验研究成功并获得推广应用是石头嘴铜铁矿矿柱回采技术难题得以解决的关键所在,它为矿山持续安全、高效、低成本、低损失贫化稳产生产奠定了可靠基础;三维数值模拟分析得出石头嘴铜铁矿矿柱回采顺序宜从上至下、从中央往两端;先用低分段空场嗣后充填法开采,条件成熟时再过渡到高分段空场嗣后充填法开采;上下中段矿房矿柱应对齐;-220 m以上民采空区水体威胁解除之前,宜先采下部中段矿柱再采上部中段矿柱,或暂只采上部中段矿柱的下分段等结论,对矿区宏观地压控制、水害防治及安全生产具重要指导作用。
The pillar stopng of Shitouzui copper and iron ore faces a series of technical problems.The key to solve is the success on the test and application by low sublevel open stoping with subsequent backfilling method,which has laid a reliable foundation for the mine continuous safe,efficient,low cost and low losses depleted stable production;3D numerical simulation analysis showed that the stoping order should be from top to bottom,from the central to both ends;it uses the low sublevel open stoping with subsequent backfilling first,then transitions to the high when conditions are ripe;the upper and lower middle stoping pillars should be aligned;before the goaf water threat of-220m above relieved,it should adopt the lower middle stope pillars and then the upper one first or the low part of the upper middle pillars only for the moment.The study has played an important guiding role in the mining area pressure control,flood prevention and safety production.
