摘要
研究了用微波干燥砷酸钠混合盐的过程。研究表明:采用微波干燥砷酸钠混合盐,克服了传统干燥中的"冷中心"现象。与传统干燥相比,微波干燥砷酸钠混合盐的能耗大幅降低、干燥能力大幅提高,同时,干燥过程不扬尘,属节能、环保型干燥,从根本上解决目前砷碱渣综合回收的瓶颈问题。
The paper studied the microwave drying of salt-mixture of sodium arsenate.The research proved that:adopting microwave drying of salt-mixture of sodium arsenate,it overcame the "cold center" phenomenon in traditional methods.Compared with the traditional drying method,microwave drying method can lower consume significantly,and the drying ability is greatly improved.At the same time,it doesn't produce dust in drying process,which belongs to the energy-saving and environment-friendly drying type and has solved the bottleneck problem of alkali-arsenic residue recovery fundamentally.
