摘要
对ICP-AES法测定矿石中砷的整个实验过程进行了分析,对其不确定度进行了研究。阐述了测定过程中各不确定度的主要来源,并对各不确定分量进行了评定和合成,得出了合成标准不确定度、扩展不确定度及样品的置信区间。
In this paper,the whole process of experinment that arsenic in ore samples is determined by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) is analyzed,and the uncertainty is reseached.The main sources of uncertainty in measurement were elaborated,and the components of uncertainty were calculated and synthetized.As a result,the standard and expanded uncertainty were gained,as well as the measuring uncertainty form.
