The Analysis of the Partial Personal Rights of the Condemned——Under the enlightening of "Criminal Law Amendment(8)"

近年来,死刑问题一直被学界所关注,死刑犯的权利问题也得到一些研究和发展。随着我国法制建设的进步,人们开始越来越意识到权利的重要性。《中华人民共和国刑法修正案(八)》的出台,预示着我国法制建设的一些新的发展变化,应该会对死刑犯权利的问题提供一些新的启示。

In recent years,the issues of death penalty have been concerned by scholars and there always has the controversial argument that whether death penalty should be abandoned.Since then,the rights of the persons who are sentenced to death have been researched and have some developments.People begin to more and more realize the importance of rights coincident with the advancement of legal system of the country.The appearance of ＂Criminal Law Amendment（8）＂ demonstrates that there are something new which will show up in the construction of legal system and that some suggestions will be provided for the arguments of the rights of the condemned.
