论我国高职法学教育的困境与出路

On the Plight and the Way of China's Higher Vocational Legal Education

高职法学教育是高等法学教育的重要组成部分,为社会培养了大批优秀法律人才。但由于种种原因,现在其生存和发展面临困境。要改变这种状况,唯一的出路就是改变培养目标,深化教学改革,构建多元化培养模式,争取更广阔的生存和发展空间。

Higher vocational legal education is an important part of higher legal education,it develops a large number of outstanding legal talents for the community.But for various reasons,it is facing difficulties of survival and development now.To change this situation and strive for a broader space for survival and development,the only method is to change the training objectives,deepen the teaching reform and build a diversified training mode.
