关于我国治安调解制度的社会学思考——以科塞的功能冲突论为视角

Social Thinking of Chinese Public Security Mediation System——In the perspective of the functional conflict of Lewis Coser

任何一种社会系统都不可避免地存在社会冲突现象,治安调解工作即是针对一定的社会冲突(民间纠纷)而采取的处理方法之一。以社会学的特定角度(科塞的功能冲突论)为切入点,从治安调解工作的发生背景、类型特征和社会学对策,试图对完善治安调解制度做出新的理论探索。

There exist undoubtedly the social conflicts in any social system for which the public security mediation work is a kind of way in aim to resolve this social conflicts（the civil disputes,in most cases）.The author attempts to explore the new theory about improving the public security mediation system from the background of the public security mediation,types and characteristics,and social countermeasures in this paper by starting with the specific perspective（the functional conflict of Lewis Coser）.
