未成年人规划矫治是当今世界各国还未普遍采用的一种矫治方式。在我国监狱系统,这项工作还未起步,主要原因是对未成年犯规划矫治系统建设的必要性缺乏足够的认识,导致这项矫治措施在实践中利用不多,收效不大。但是只要我国对此课题加以重视,势必会在遏制违法犯罪、提高刑罚功效和促进未成年人健康成长方面走在世界的前列。
