摘要
在健美操教学中为调动学生思维的潜在能力,采用调动思维的能动性,使学生掌握动作规律;解除学生逆反心理,强化动作的自动化;掌握多学科知识促进思维潜在能力开发等教学手段,使学生在接受动作能力、编排创新动作能力、动作连接组合能力、掌握动作成绩等情况进行测定对比,实验组各项指标明显好于对照组。
To mobilize the students' potential ability in the minds in teaching aerobics,mobilize the initiative of the thinking,and make students master action rules;to dismiss students' reverse psychology,and strengthen the automation of the actions;and grasp teaching methods by the multi-disciplinary knowledge for improving the thinking potential ability.Make students accept motor ability,layout innovative motor ability,the ability to connect the combination,the ability to control action results,which are tested andcompared,the experimental groups were significantly better than the control groups.
