摘要
对以C2000系列的TMS320LF2407A DSP为基础的Maxon无刷直流电机伺服系统进行了硬件设计,如驱动电路、电流采样电路、速度采样电路、霍尔信号处理电路以及与上位机通信的串口电路等.该系统具有使用电子元器件少,性能稳定,实时性高等特点,为以后大量计算的实时控制理论和算法的应用提供了一个很好的硬件平台.
Design scheme of hardware circuit for Maxon BLDCM's serve system based on DSP of C2000 series TMS320LF2407A is introduced.It includes drive circuit,current sampling circuit,speed sampling circuit,Hall circuit and serial communication with PC circuit.The system has many characteristics as fewer IC,stable performance,good real-time ability,etc.which provides a good hardware platform for the future application of the real-time control theories and algorithms which need a lot of calculations.
