4C理论是在现代经济形势下以消费者为导向的网络营销理念,主要涉及消费者、成本、便利和沟通四个要素。4C理论可以给网络营销计划的制定、执行和完善带来较为全面的、系统的指导,有利于建立良好的网络营销策略。
4C theory is a consumer-oriented internet marketing concept in the modern economic situation,including consumer,cost,convenience and communication.it can be used to direct the development,implementation and improvement of the internet marketing project comprehensively and systematically,so that the favorable internet marketing strategy can be constructed.
