本文进行了我国国有企业如何实现效率投资决策的理论探讨。论文在论证了我国国有企业的理财目标是国家股东财富最大化的基础上,界定了国家股东财富最大化目标的涵义,分析了国家股东财富最大化的理财目标不同于非国有企业的个人股东财富最大化目标的特点。并以此为基础分析了如何进行基于国家股东财富最大化的国有企业效率投资决策,为我国国有企业进行投资决策提供理论依据。
