竞技体育人才的成材规律论

The Theory about Developing Law of Athletic Talents

以人才学、训练学等学科为理论研究基础,以竞技体育领域经典案例分析为依托,对竞技体育人才的成材规律进行审视与归纳。研究认为:竞技体育人才选材要遵循项目本质特征规律为前提,重视基础训练与身体生长发育规律有机融合,遵循"三从一大"训练原则,树立科学训练理念是成材的核心,加强运动员思想教育与文化学习教育的统一是竞技体育人才成材的重要保障。

Based on the theoretical study of talents,training and other subjects,relied on the classical case study of competitive sports,this thesis observes and summarizes the rules of how competitive sportsman become talents.The research shows that the choosing of sports talent should obey the rule of taking the essential characteristics of the project as the premise;emphasize the combination of basic training and laws of growth and development;follow the principle of training hard,strictly,practically with heavy load;set up the training concept as the core of culturing talents;enhance the unity of ideological education and cultural learning as the crucial security to cultivating sports talents.
