Focus on the Construction of Campus Culture of Gold Medal,Innovate in the Training Model of Sports Talents

校园金牌文化谋求实现竞技体育人才的全面发展。文章试图通过对校园金牌文化内涵及特征的分析,剖析校园金牌文化与竞技体育人才培养之关系,认为以校园金牌文化建设培养人、塑造人对竞技体育人才培养具有十分重要的作用,提出了校园金牌文化建设过程中竞技人才培养的主要途径,努力打造浙江竞技体育人才培养的特色品牌。

The gold medal culture on campus seeks to achieve the comprehensive development of athletic talents. This paper attempts to analyze the relationship between campus culture of gold medal and the athletic sports training through the campus cultural connotation and characteristics of the gold medal and makes the conclusion that the con- struction of campus culture of gold medal is very important to the cultivation of athletic talents. This paper also puts forward some advice on main ways of training model of sports talents in the process of construction of campus culture of gold medal in order to create a characteristic brand of training model of sports talents in Zhejiang.
