长岛海洋生物内生真菌的分离及其抗老年痴呆活性筛选 被引量:13

Isolation of Endophytic Fungi from Marine Organisms of Changdao and Anti Dementia Activity Screening

摘要 目的:从长岛海洋生物中分离内生真菌,通过抑制乙酰胆碱酯酶活性和抗氧化活性筛选获得活性菌株。方法:从几种海洋生物中分离、纯化内生真菌,并测定其发酵液和菌丝体提取物抑制乙酰胆碱脂酶活性和清除二苯代苦味酰基自由基DPPH.的能力。结果:从长岛海域采集到的9种生物中分离内生真菌42株,其中具有抑制乙酰胆碱酯酶活性的24株,具有清除DPPH.活性的33株,兼具2种活性的15株。乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制率最高达到61.98%,DPPH.自由基清除率最高达到92.94%。结论:海洋内生真菌是寻找抗老年痴呆活性物质的重要资源。 Endophytic fungi from marine organisms of Changdao were isolated and the activities of AchE- inhibitory and antioxidant were determined in the paper. Methods: Endophytic fungi from several kinds of marine organisms were isolated and purified, and then fermented in liquid culture medium and extracted to obtain metabolites. Further activities of inhibition ratio of AchE and DPPH· scavenging ratio were determined. Results: 42 strains fungi had been isolated from 9 kind marine organisms, 25 strains owned the activity of AchE-inhibitory, 33 owned the activity of antioxidant, and 15 strains owned the activity of AchE-inhibitory and the activity of antioxidant. The greatest Ache inhibition ratio was 61.98%. The greatest DPPH· scavenging ratio was 92.94%. Conclusion: The Endophytic fungi from marine organisms were important resources of anti-dementia substances.
