摘要
当前大学生就业难的问题已经引起社会各界高度关注。大学生就业价值观是大学生就业成败的关键,因此对当代大学生进行就业价值观教育引导是十分必要和迫切的。主要从当代大学生就业价值观存在的主要问题入手,分析其成因,并提出相应的解决策略。
The employment problem of the graduates has been attracted much more attention by people from all walks of life.As for the employment of graduates,the key is the concept of employment which is urgent and imperative for college students whether they can find a better job or not.It is necessary for us to carry out the employment concept education and the paper focuses its attention on the analysis of problems to be handled in the employment concept and the solutions proposed.
