电子警察的出现解决了24小时交通执法的问题,给科技强警带来了众多益处的同时,也存在一系列的问题。基于此,在调研分析的基础上,对现存的问题及上位法与下位法之间的法律冲突提出一些建议,以实现发挥法的作用与科技的结合。

Electronic police system can supply 24-hour traffic service and benefits for promoting police enforcement ability in technology aspects.But at the same it also causes a series of problems.So,on the basis of survey and investigation,this paper makes some suggestions for solving the existing problems and the conflict between the superior laws and the lower laws to bring the law and technology into common action.
