浅析“青苗法”的敛财性

Collecting Wealth Illegally Embodied in the Qingmao Law in Song Dynasty

"青苗法"是"王安石变法"的重要内容之一,是在北宋严重的财政危机的背景下提出来的。"青苗法"刚一提出就引起朝廷的颇多争议,且后世对"青苗法"的看法也褒贬不一、众说纷纭。试从"青苗法"提出的背景、具体措施以及实施的结果三方面对"青苗法"的敛财性特质进行分析,以期从全新的视角看待王安石变法。

The Qingmao Law,which is about the agricultural loan,constitutes a very important part of the reform initiated by Minister Wanganshi in Song dynasty under the serious financial crisis.There were many different arguments about the Qingmao Law when it was promulgated at that time.Considering the historical background of the Qingmao Law,the enforcement of the law and the performance effects,the paper tries to revalue the reform initiated by Minister Wanganshi from a new perspective of accumulating wealth by unfair means.
