身体姿态控制能力是影响竞技健美操运动员成套动作完成得分的关键,是取得优异成绩的保障。身体姿态控制能力应该作为竞技健美操训练的重要内容加以对待。详细阐述了健美操运动员身体姿态控制能力的重要性,以及它的构成因素;同时,对健美操身体姿态控制能力的训练提出建议,以期为健美操的训练提供一些理论依据。
The ability to control body postures is the key to affect the score of competitive aerobics athlete,and it is also a guarantee to get an outstanding performances.The body position control ability should be treated as an important content in competitive aerobics training.This paper discusses the importance of body position control ability for the aerobics athlete,and the corresponding improving methods based on the analysis of some constituting factors.At the same time,suggestions on how to train controlability are offered in order to provide a theoretical basis for the aerobics training.
