基于EMS的继电保护智能在线校核系统

EMS Based Intelligent On-line Relay Protection Checking System

对目前继电保护定值离线校核存在的问题进行了分析,首次提出构建广西电网基于EMS的继电保护智能在线校核系统。介绍了该系统构架及从EMS系统智能获取当前电网运行方式的方法,阐述了在线校核系统的设计思路及在线校核的计算原则。

Problems of off-line relay protection setting checking system are analyzed, and the construction of intelligent on-line relay protection checking system based on EMS in Guangxi power grid is proposed firstly. The architecture of the system and the method to obtain operation mode of power grid from EMS are introduced, and design ideas and calculation principles of the system are described.
