摘要
对珠海电厂2号锅炉引风机喘振进行了分析,找到引风机喘振的根本原因是空预器严重堵塞,导致风道阻力特性发生变化而造成的。通过把空预器换热箱抽出彻底冲洗后运行差压恢复正常,引风机的喘振现象消失。事实证明这种处理方法是有效的,并提出了防范引风机喘振的预防措施。
The induced draft fan surge of No.2 boiler in Zhuhai Power Plant was analyzed,the reason was found which is that the air preheater was seriously blocked and thus led to the change of the wind tunnel resistance characteristics. By taking out the air preheater heat exchanger and rinsing thoroughly, the differential pressure returned to normal and the induced draft fan surge disappeared. The effectiveness of the proposed method was proved, and preventive measures were proposed.
