我国造纸工业必须调整原料结构 ,做到以木为主 ,合理利用非木材纤维原料。本文对利用非木材纤维原料的条件和如何合理利用非木材纤维原料提出了意见。

We must make structure adjustment of paper making raw materials,use lumber as the main material and rationally use non-lumber fibrous materials.The author puts forward his suggestions on the conditions of using non-lumber fibrous materials and on the way of rationally using of non-lumber fibrous materials.
