海南“新农合”制度参与方满意度调查分析

Satisfaction Degree of Participants in the New Rural Cooperative Medical Scheme in Hainan

通过调查海南"新农合"中参与方的满意度,探讨影响参与方满意度因素,提出改进路径。本调查采用分层整群随机抽样形式,采用二分类Logistic回归法,分析了报销比例、报销封顶线、筹资方式、工作人员的服务态度、新农合的运行管理和监督方式等要素对参与方满意度的影响。结果表明,海南省新农合参与方的整体满意率较高,但基金管理、监督机制影响满意度的提高。建议提高报销比例,优化服务,强化监督,完善海南"新农合"制度。

The purpose of this paper was to examine the satisfaction of the new rural cooperative medical scheme（NCMS） in Hainan,and to explore the factors of the satisfaction of new rural cooperative medical scheme.A stratified,randomized study by cluster sampling was employed.The research is analyzed by binary logistic regression.The results showed that the interviewers were satisfied with the new rural cooperative medical scheme.Reimbursement ratio and the top line of reimbursement procedures,staff service attitude,financing mode,supervision ways and the attitude of government staffs were the important factors on overall satisfaction of the new rural cooperative medical scheme.
