彩色多普勒高频超声对126例乳腺癌患者的诊断价值的分析

Color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis analysis of breast cancer

目的:应用彩色多普勒超声分析诊断乳腺恶性肿块声像图表现及血流情况,探讨乳腺恶性肿块超声特点。方法:本文对126例乳腺恶性肿块进行彩色多普勒观察,了解其边缘、形态、纵横比、边界、内部回声、后方衰减与侧方声影等等,运用彩色多普勒检查,恶性肿块内部及周边有无血流,并根据血流丰富程度分级。结果:本组126例患者,其中浸润性导管癌54例,浸润性单纯癌23例,浸润性髓样癌19例,浸润性硬癌10例,导管状乳头状癌16例,浸润性腺癌5例,均经手术及病理证实。结论:彩色多普勒超声诊断乳腺癌方法简单、实用、无辐射,为临床提供早期正确诊断,使疾病得到早期治疗,是最为实用可靠的诊断方法。

Objective：To apply color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of malignant breast masses on ultrasonography and blood flow,breast malignant tumors ultrasound characteristics.Methods：126 cases of malignant breast masses were observed by color Doppler,observe the shape,border,internal echo,aspect ratio,posterior attenuation and lateral shadowing,using color Doppler examination,malignant masses internal and peripheral blood flow,and according to the rich blood flow grading.Results： In this group of 126 patients,including 56 cases of invasive duct carcinoma,infiltrating carcinoma 22 cases,invasive medullar carcinoma 21 cases,invasive scirrhous carcinoma 8 cases,and catheter type 14 in papillary carcinoma and invasive adenocarcinoma in 6 cases were confirmed by operation and pathology.Conclusions： Color Doppler ultrasound for breast cancer diagnosis method is simple and practical,no radiation,for clinical provides early correct diagnosis,the disease to be treated early,is the most practical and reliable diagnostic method.
