脑电生物反馈对脑卒中后抑郁40例的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨脑电生物反馈治疗对脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)患者的干预效果。方法:本研究共包括脑卒中后抑郁80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组在常规给予舍曲林的基础上同时给予脑电生物反馈治疗,每周2次,共进行8周;对照组仅给予常规治疗,将两组结果进行比较。受试者入组前以及治疗后1、4、8周使用汉密尔顿抑郁量表测量。结果:观察组经生物反馈治疗干预后症状明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:脑电生物反馈治疗对脑卒中后抑郁患者有效。 Objective:To explore the curative effect of EEG biofeedback on treating PSD.Methods:80 patients of PSD were received.The test group was randomly divided into two groups.Each group accepts the curative of sertraline.One group accept A620 cerebral function diagnosis apparatus was applied to conduct EEG biofeedback on 40 cases of PSD 2 times once weeks,which used 8 weeks.The effect of BF before and after treatment was compared.Results: The difference of all the indexes was significant before and after treatment(P0.05).Conclusions: The symptoms of the PSD patients were all valid after treatment;this method provides a psychological and physiological therapy for the patients.
