摘要
目的:探讨规范化的健康教育流程对住院患者的影响。方法:选择住院患者124例,按随机分组分为研究组62人和对照组62人。对照组患者进行常规健康教育,研究组在此基础上按健康教育流程护士进行一对一规范化的健康教育。结果:研究组患者掌握疾病相关知识和生活行为的改变明显高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(H分别为12.763,11.763,11.173,12.562,P<0.05),对护理质量的满意度比较,研究组为100%,对照组为80.65%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(x2=4.613,P<0.05)。结论:规范化的健康教育流程可明显提高住院患者掌握疾病相关知识和生活行为的改变,达到患者满意,护理质量持续改进。
Objective:To explore the effect of standard health education procedure on hospital patients.Methods:124 hospital patients were selected and randomly divided into experimental group(62 samples) and control group(62 samples).The control group received conventional health education.The experimental group enjoyed one-to-one standard health education with nurses according to health education procedure based on the conventional treatments.Results: The mastery of disease-related knowledge and the change of living behaviors in experimental group were superior to that of control group.There was significant difference between the results in two groups(PH is 12.763,11.763,11.173 and 12.562,respectively and P0.05).Comparison on the satisfaction of nursing quality shows 100% in experimental group and 80.65% in control group.The difference in two groups has statistical significance(x2=4.613,P0.05).Conclusions: The standard health education procedure can obviously improve the mastery of disease-related knowledge for in-patients,the change of living behaviors,the satisfaction of patients and nursing quality.
