正庚烷中脂肪酶催化丁酸异戊酯直接酯化反应的优化研究 被引量:3

摘要 对本实验室最近分离到的Pseudomonas属细菌产生的脂肪酶在正庚烷中催化丁酸异戊酯直接酯化反应进行了研究。仔细地测定了温度、脂肪酶用量、基质浓度、酸醇摩尔质量比等主要参数 ,认定该脂肪酶是适合于目的化合物合成的。在庚烷中 ,30℃ ,粗脂肪酶用量 0 75g ,基质浓度 0 2 5mol/L ,酸醇摩尔质量比 0 75的条件下 ,反应 2 0h ,转化率达 90 %左右。 The lipase from Pseudomonas sp newly isolated in our laboratory was investigated for its use in the synthesis of isoamyl butyrate by direct esterification in n heptane A careful examination of major parameters(temperature,amount of lipase, substrate concentration,acid∶alcohol molar ratio)established that this lipase was suitable for the title compound In heptane at 30℃, and in the presence of 0 7g crude dried lipase, 0 25 mol/L substrates, and 0 75 acid∶alcohol molar ratio, the conversion rate was around 90% after 20h of reaction
