摘要
为探索高等农业院校服务新农村的新机制、新模式,发挥农业高校对农业和农村经济的引领、支撑和服务作用,在界定高等农业院校服务产品内涵的基础上,进一步研究新农村建设对农业高校的服务需求,力争对其需求做出数量化描述并设计需求测度指标体系,以期揭示新农村建设对农业高校服务需求的整体水平,并对新农村建设的需求做出科学预测。研究借助因子分析法和层次分析法为新农村建设对高等农业院校服务产品的需求设置了34个指标,这些指标将承载一定量的新农村建设需求信息并为需求测算奠定基础。
To explore a new mechanism and new modes for the agricultural colleges play a role on leading,supporting in rural economy,this paper defined the connotation of agricultural colleges and service offerings,based on further study of new rural construction of agricultural colleges and universities demand for services,and strive to make their needs and design requirements for quantitative description of measurement indicators,in order to reveal the new rural construction on agricultural colleges and universities the overall level of demand for services,and new rural construction demand to make scientific predictions.This use of factor analysis and analytic hierarchy for the new rural construction services for the agricultural colleges and the demand for the product set of 34 indicators,which would carried a certain amount of new rural construction demand information and lay the foundation for the demand estimates.
