噬菌体疗法治疗大肠埃希菌感染的研究现状及应用前景 被引量:7

摘要 大肠埃希菌(Escherichiacoli)是医院获得性感染常见致病菌,在临床分离的致病菌中仅次于铜绿假单胞菌,排在第2位,主要引起呼吸道、泌尿道、伤口、胆道感染,腹膜炎、败血症及脑膜炎等。近年来细菌流行病学监测结果表明,大肠埃希菌耐药率逐年上升,已成为临床治疗面临的一大难题。
