On Confucious Local Administration Thoughts since Qin and Han Dynasty

秦汉以来,我国许多朝代儒家代表人物大都围绕着地方行政体制问题,提出过自己的主张。他们的主张主要是实行高度地方自治,亦即实行封建制或者半分封制等。极左时期,由于认为进行此方面的研究就是搞影射,因之对该问题进行系统考察者极少。改革开放以来虽然有人对之进行了考察,但仍有进一步进行深化研究的必要。该问题的研究,对于今天我们的地方行政制度改革和创新,具有一定启示意义。

From the Qin and Han Dynasty , many representatives of Confucian culture have been put in perspectives on the promble of local autonomy. The main advocate is about a high degree of autonomy. In another word ,the feudal system or the packet system. During the ultra - left period, such rseserch was consid-ered to innuendo, so few people have inspected it deeply. Though scholars have researched it since the Reformand Opening - up period, it is still necessary to further the study. It will make sense to the reform and innovation of our social system.
