摘要
目的:观察免疫性不育大鼠睾丸生精细胞凋亡的变化以及调免毓麟汤对免疫性不育大鼠睾丸生精细胞凋亡的影响。方法:采用同种异体抗原主动免疫法复制免疫性不育雄性大鼠模型,并予分组给药(调免毓麟汤低、中、高剂量组和醋酸强的松组分别给予相应药物,正常组及模型组予生理盐水灌胃)。结果:模型组大鼠睾丸生精细胞凋亡数、凋亡率与各治疗组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01),调免毓麟汤低剂量组与醋酸强的松组比较差异不显著(P>0.05),调免毓麟汤中、高剂量组与醋酸强的松组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:调免毓麟汤中、高剂量组能显著降低模型大鼠生精细胞凋亡率,提高模型大鼠各级生精细胞数量。
Objective: To observe the changes of testicular sprematogenic cell apoptosis of immunity infertility rats and the effect of Tiaomian Yulin Decoction on testicular spermatogenic cell apoptosis of immunity infertility rats.Methods: The immunity infertility male model rats were duplicated with allogeneic antigen active immune method.The low-dose,medium-dose,and high-dose Tiaomian Yulin Decoction and acetic acid prednisone group were perspectively given correspouding drugs.The control group and model group were given a gavage with physiological saline solution.Results: The model group had more obvious difference than the treatment groups in mumbers and rate of immunity infertility rats' testicular sprematogenic cells apoptosis(P0.01).The low-dose of Tiaomian Yulin Decoction group had no obvious difference with actic acid prednisone group(P0.05).While the middle-dose and high-dose Tiaomian Yulin Decoction groups had obvious difference with acid prednisone group(P0.01).Conclusion: The medium-dose and high-dose Tiaomian Yulin Decoction groups can obviously reduce the rate of immunity infertility rats' testicular sprematogenic cells apoptosis,and improve all levels of spermatogenic cells.
