摘要
以荆梨一号梨为试材,分别用外黄内黑双层袋、外灰内黑单层袋对梨果实进行套袋处理,研究了套袋对果实品质的影响。结果表明:两种果袋均能显著改善荆梨一号梨果实的外观品质,提高其果品品质,但单果重有所降低;不同果袋对荆梨一号梨果实的品质影响不同,套外黄内黑双层袋果实果面为黄白色,与不套袋果实相比,着色一致,洁净,光滑,色泽亮,果点小且不明显,但套袋亦显著降低了果实可溶性固形物、可溶性总糖及Vc含量,果实硬度和可滴定酸有不同程度提高。而外灰内黑单层袋在一定程度上也可改善果实外观品质,但效果不如套外黄内黑双层袋明显。
Effects of bagging on fruit quality of 'JingliNo.l' pear were studied with double-layered bag of yellow externally and black internally and a single-layered paper bag respectively. The results showed that bagging significantly improved peer color and smoothness and size of fruit dot of 'JingliNo.l' pear, but the double-layered bag of yellow externally and black internally treatment significantly reduced the single fruit weight and edible ratio, soluble solids content and soluble sugar, titratable acid conteut keep unchanged, but reduced Vc and fruit hardness significantly. The single-layered paper bag treatment improved the fruit quality of 'JingliNo. 1 ' pear too, but it was not better than the double-layered bag of yellow externally and black internally treatment.
