70%灭薇净防除薇甘菊安全性试验 被引量:7

摘要 在深圳市受薇甘菊危害严重的仙湖植物园,利用70%灭薇净防除薇甘菊的同时,调查其所在群落对其他植物的危害,结果表明,灭薇净能杀灭的植物有五爪金龙和老鼠拉冬瓜;严重危害的植物有盐肤木、桢桐;重度危害的有对叶榕、白背叶、海芋、木棉、木瓜、向阳花和黄金叶;轻度危害的有芦荟、仙人掌、马尾松、火焰木、鸭拓草、半边旗、乌毛蕨、华南毛蕨和苏铁;该药对荔枝、龙眼和蕉类等无影响。在深圳市龙岗区五联村蔬菜地安全性试验表明,100倍液灭薇净能导致菜心、萝卜苗、芥菜、小白菜、上海青、生菜死亡,1 000倍液对以上6种蔬菜无影响;残留试验表明,70%灭薇净对蔬菜地残留无任何影响。室内对玉米、黄瓜和胡萝卜的毒力测定试验表明,70%灭薇净在低浓度下对以上3种作物安全。 During using 70% Mieweijing to control Mikania micratha in Xianhu Plant in Shenzhen, phytotoxicity test of pesticide were investigated, the results showed that the pesticide can cause Melothria indica death and lpomoea cairica; seriously harmed plants were Rhus chinensis and Clerodendrum japonicum; heavily harmed plants: Ficus hispida, Mallotus apelta, Bombax ceiba, Chaenomeles sinensis, Helianthus annuus and Duranta repens; slightly harmed plants were Blechnum orientale, Cyclosorus parasiticus, Pteris semipinnata, Commelina communis, Alocasia macrorrhizos, Aloe vera var. chinensis, Opuntia stricta, Cycas revolute, Spathodea ccunpanulata and Pinus massoniana; harmless plants were Litchi chinensis, Dimocarpus longgana and Musa. Safety tests of vegetables in Longgang street showed that, 100×Mieweijing can cause the vegetables death, but 1000× pesticide was harmless; residue in soil test showed that the pesticide was harmless to vegetables also. Virulence tesst of Cucumis sativus, Zea mays and Daucus carrot showed that 70% Mieweijing was safe to three plants in low density.
