光照强度和初始放养密度对大薸生长的影响 被引量:2

摘要 在网箱内栽培大薸,研究了不同光照强度(55 535、13 328、2 220 lx)和初始放养密度(0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0 kg/m2)对大薸的株高、根长、叶片数、叶面积、分株速率和生物量的影响。结果显示:55 535 lx的光照有利于大薸的生长,在此光照条件下,大薸的株高、根长、叶面积、分株速率和生物量均显著高于其他两种光照情况;大薸的株高、根长、叶片数、叶面积、分株速率和生物量的大小随着光照强度的增强而增加。大薸在密度为2.3 kg/m2左右时,生长速度最快;密度达到5.6 kg/m2左右后,生物量几乎不再继续增加。试验表明,55 535 lx的光照有利于大薸的生长,大薸的适宜栽培密度为2.3 kg/m2,5.6 kg/m2可能是大薸生长的上限密度。 Cultivated Pistia stratiotes L. in the cage, the effects of different light intensity (55 535, 13 328, 2 220 lx)and initial planting density(0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 kg/m2)on the plant length, root length, leaf number, leaf area, ramet rate and biomass of Pistia stratiotes L. were researched. Results showed that light intensity of 55 535 lx was more conductive to the growth of Pistia stratiotes L., and the plant length, root length, leaf area, ramet rate and biomass of Pistia stratiotes L. under, this light intensity significantly higher than that of the other two kinds of light intensity. The size of the plant length, root length, leaf number, leaf area, ramet rate and biomass of Pistia stratiotes L. were increased with light intensity increasing. Pistia stratiotes L. got the the fastest growing at the density of 2.3 kg/m^2, when the density reached 5.6 kg/m^2, the biomass of Pistia stratiotes L. almost no longer continued to increase. Experiments showed that the suitable light intensity of Pistia stratiotes L. was 55 535 lx, the suitable planting density of Pistia stratiotes L. was 2.3 kg/m^2, and 5.6 kg/m^2 was probably the growth of upper density of Pistia stratiotes L.
