以供销社为主体的广东农药废弃物回收新体系构建

Construction of a new pesticide wastes recycling system based on the supply and markting cooperatives in Guangdong

农业污染中,种植业污染、畜禽养殖业污染、水产养殖业污染及农药废弃物污染是主要污染源。目前,前三者都已引起农业部门的重视,并已出台了相关法规,但农药废弃物污染问题尚没引起政府与社会的足够关注。通过对广东农村的农药废弃物处理现状进行实地调研,提出以供销社为主体构建广东农药废弃物回收新体系势在必行。

Planting pollution, livestock and poultry pollution, aquaculture pollution and pollution of pesticide waste are main pollution sources in the agricultural pollution. Currently, the former three have already aroused the attention of the agricultural sector, and it has established related regulations. However, the problem caused by pollution of pesticide waste does still not cause the sufficient concern of the government and society. Through the investigation about present situation of pesticide waste disposal on the rural areas of Guangdong province, this paper proposes that it is imperative to build up the new pesticide waste recycling system in Guangdong which the supply and marketing cooperative system is the main body.
