摘要
天津津塔工程基坑支护结构采用两墙合一的地下连续墙,同时应用高压旋喷桩做止水帷幕,用GDP-22型高喷钻机实施高压喷射注浆,在土中形成具有一定强度的固结体。对不成桩,抱钻埋管,泥浆排放,堵管冻管等施工问题做了相应处理。
In Jingta Tower project of Tianjin, the support and protection structure foundation pit is a diaphragm wall integrated two wails together and high-pressure rotary jet grouting pile is used as water-stop curtain wall. GDP-22 high-pressure jet drill is adopted for high-pressure jet grouting to form a solidified structure with certain strength in soil. Some construction problems, such as pile forming failure, drill burying, slurry discharge, blocked and frozen pipeline, etc., are treated properly.
