摘要
某高层住宅为灌注桩基础,采用桩底、桩侧后压浆技术。施工中对钢筋笼加工、水下混凝土灌注、后压浆工艺参数确定、桩基检测均做出规定,对施工过程中出现的问题做出及时处理,保证了灌注桩质量。
A high-rise residential building adopts grouting pile foundation and post-grouting technique is used for construction of pile bottom and pile side. Specifications are made for process of steel reinforcement cage, grouting of underwater concrete, determination of post-grouting parameters and inspection of pile foundation, and problems encountered during construction are solved timely to successfully ensure the quality of grouting pile.
