摘要
天津津塔工程为超高层钢结构,共有圆钢管柱55根,最大直径1700mm,最大壁厚65mm。圆钢管柱加工从原材料复验、下料、卷制到确定焊接顺序、组装托座及内隔板、成品验收都采取了质量控制措施。
Jinta Tower of Tianjin adopts super-high steel structure and has 55 pieces of round steel tubular columns, among which the maximum diameter is 1 700 mm and the maximum wall thickness is 65 mm. Quality control measures are adopted for the whole course of round steel tubular column processing, including reinspection of raw material, material cutting, rolling, determination of welding sequence, assembly of base and internal diaphragm, acceptance of finished product.
