摘要
天津津塔工程为超高层建筑,其钢管柱脚分为地脚螺栓型和埋入式两种,其中埋入式钢柱脚嵌入底板2m,最重超过50t,施工中采取钢支架及临时支撑方案,自低处向高处分批安装、分次浇筑混凝土,经实测该法能有效保证钢管柱的安装精度。
Tianjin Tower is a super-high building and steel pipe column foot is installed in two types, including anchorage bolt type and embedded type, among which the embedded steel column foot is inserted 2m into the bottom plate and has a maximum weight over 50t. During construction, steel support and temporary support are adopted to install the steel columns in batches from lower to higher and to cast concrete in several times. After practical test, it is proved that this method can effectively guarantee the installation accuracy of steel pipe column.
